What is Replit Ghostwriter?
Replit's Ghostwriter generates or converts code in 16 languages, similar to GitHub Copilot.Replit's Ghostwriter is an AI-powered programming assistant that makes suggestions to make coding easier. It works within Replit's online development environment, similar to GitHub's Copilot, and can recognise and write code in a variety of programming languages to speed up the development process.
According to Replit, Ghostwriter works with large language models trained on millions of lines of publicly available code. This built-in data allows Ghostwriter to make suggestions based on what you've already entered while programming in -Replit's TDE. When you see a suggestion you like, you can ‘auto-complete’ the code by pressing the Tab key.

 

What are the features of Replit Ghostwriter?
Replit Ghostwriter has MML-enabled pair programmers, tools to complete your code in real-time, tools to generate, transform, and interpret code, and an in-editor search utility that lets you find and import open-source code without leaving the editor (think heap-finding overflow in the editor.) Replit says that Ghostwriter works on JavaScript- and python-are the best performers, but supports 16 languages, including c, Java, Perl, Python, and Ruby. it also supports HTAL and css for web development, and 5QL for database queries.
Replit Ghostwriter consists of four main components: Complete Code (analyses what you've written and suggests a continuation), Generate Code (creates new code based on your suggestions), Transform Code (helps to refactor or modernise the code to conform to standards), and Interpret Code (analyses the existing code and explains its functionality using natural language).
